I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location in the mountains of Austria was absolutely breathtaking. I was surrounded by stunning views of the Salzburg region, and it instantly made me feel relaxed and at peace. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They even offered me a welcome drink upon check-in, which was a lovely gesture. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. I particularly loved the balcony, where I could sit and enjoy the picturesque town and mountains. The hotel also had a fantastic spa and wellness center, with a peaceful indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. It was the perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate. my experience here was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

This romantic escape was everything we needed and more! The hotel's prime location was perfect for exploring the beautiful surrounding mountains and quaint towns nearby. The friendly and approachable staff made us feel right at home, even giving us excellent recommendations for local activities. The cozy room was ideal for a romantic getaway, and the breakfasts were beyond delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the relaxing spa facilities, which were clean and well-maintained.
While the dinner was good, we found that it lacked variety and included too many buffets. , although the cleaning staff was polite, they sometimes were a bit too curious and impolite, entering our room without knocking.

Cozy romantic hotel in beautiful mountain valley. Clean room with welcome cake. Unique pellet gun shooting gallery and bowling alley. Nicely designed wellness area with pool, sauna, and garden. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel had a great location near the mountains with a beautiful view. the breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety, including a late breakfast option for those who like to sleep in. the staff was helpful and accommodating to guests' needs.
The wellness area was a bit crowded and it was difficult to find a comfortable spot to relax. some of the staff members seemed a bit intrusive and overeager to clean, which made it uncomfortable at times.
